Maintenance and Support

We offer our Open-cIS™ clients an outstanding value for ongoing maintenance and support. Those clients that subscribe to the Open-cIS™ Support program receive:

  • Toll-free 800 number access to our Help Desk staff
  • Second-tier Help Desk staffed 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time
  • 7x24 on-call support
  • Ongoing software upgrades and releases
Our clients actively participate in the Open-cIS users group and provide necessary input into the future direction of the solution. We also establish service level agreements with our clients, whereby we commit to respond to calls to the Open-cIS™ Help Desk and correct priority software defects within specified time periods.
