2/1/2005   Accenture and NWP Services Corp. Sign 10-year Outsourcing Contract Accenture and NWP Services Corp. (NWP), the largest utility management and resident billing services provider to the multifamily housing industry, have signed a 10-year outsourcing contract under which Accenture will provide NWP with information technology, applications management and development services. Financial terms were not disclosed.   3/4/2004   Washington Gas Energy Services Outsources Billing To WGES is Using Open-c Solutions’ Open-cIS software Open-c Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a premier provider of billing and customer care solutions to the multi-family real estate, utility and energy industries, signed a 3-year contract with Washington Gas Energy Services (WGES) for outsourced billing application services. The outsourcing services went live on February 18th  following a two-month project. This platform delivers billing services to retail customers participating in Washington Gas’s deregulated marketplace seamlessly integrating the utility’s and the participating supplier’s charges. This effort completes the migration from a third-party service provider to an in-house implemented solution supported and operated by Washington Gas.  Washington Gas is a subsidiary of WGL Holdings, Inc.
